Рассмотрены актуальные задачи развития адаптивно-ландшафтных систем земледелия и наукоемких агротехнологий, а также причины их сдерживания. Для инновационного обеспечения агротехнологий предлагается создать реестры сортов и отвечающих им моделей продукционного процесса, возобновить работу по формированию региональных регистров агротехнологий и машин. Дальнейшая интенсификация земледелия связывается с развитием биотехнологий и повышением точности выполнения технологических операций. Показана несостоятельность концепций биологизации земледелия, отрицающих применение минеральных удобрений. Обосновывается ниша органического земледелия. Как глобальная тенденция рассматривается новый этап минимизации обработки почвы. Проанализированы достоинства и недостатки прямого посева и системы no-till. Утверждается роль минеральных удобрений как системообразующего фактора земледелия и экологической оптимизации сельскохозяйственного природопользования.

Actual Problems and Contradictions of the Agriculture Development

Abstract. The actual problems of the adaptive-landscape farming systems and science-intensive agricultural technologies development and the reasons for its containment are considered. For the innovative support of agricultural technologies, it is suggested to create registers of cultivars and corresponding models of the production process, to resume work on the creation of regional registers of agricultural technologies and machines. Further intensification of agriculture is associated with the development of biotechnology and increasing the technological operations precision. The inadequacy of the agriculture biologicalization concepts, denying the implementation of mineral fertilizers, is shown. The niche of organic agriculture is substantiated. A new stage of soil treatment minimization is considered as a global trend. The advantages and disadvantages of direct seeding and notill systems are analyzed. Research issues are considered. The role of mineral fertilizers is stated as a framework factor of agriculture and the environmental optimization for agricultural environmental management.
